Meet Alexis

Alexis Owens began writing her book series as a middle school student and is now currently a college student. "I am Travis Knight: Stone," is her third published work. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys listening to music, playing basketball and volleyball, writing, drawing, painting, and spending time with her family and friends.

Alexis Owens, a college student with a decade-long journey as a writer, discovered her passion for storytelling in elementary school. From early adolescence, she dedicated herself to the craft, weaving imaginative tales that hinted at her creativity. As she navigates the challenges of college life, Alexis remains committed to her love for writing, finding inspiration in both academic pursuits and personal experiences.

In addition to her literary pursuits, Alexis is a versatile artist, equally adept at drawing and painting. Over the years, Alexis’s dorm room has transformed into a vibrant gallery that reflects the mosaic of her artistic expression.

Despite the demands of academics and her creative endeavors, Alexis places great importance on maintaining connections with friends and family. 

Alexis’s writing has evolved into more vivid and in-depth storytelling. Her characters and narratives mirror the complexity of real-life relationships and human experiences.
